I think you understand why I say SOTAI and not SOTAI-ho.
Because I am not just learning the technique (ho), I am learning the whole SOTAI.
In recent years, SOTAI has adopted the "New Center of Gravity Theory." It comes after Dai-yon Bunseki.
This is the latest theory by Master Hiroshi Miura(Miura Sensei), and it goes beyond even the comfort zone. Of course, it produces results.
In the old style of traditional Sotai(Dai-ich Bunseki), the main positions were supine and prone, but recently it has become common to approach the wrist joints in a standing or sitting position.
